I'm sure alot of people would rather play a HU tournament live than online.

But as has already been pointed out several times - it's not really feasible logistically as compared to running it online.

I'm fairly sure that the heads up championship I was watching on ESPN the players poster blinds as well as ante's.


That would be because they have deepstacks, ala 20,000 - that's if they even did post antes, I don't see the point in a heads up match. Those blinds are a tad high for HU, something like this would work a lot better:

Round1: 10/20
Round2: 20/40
Round3: 30/60
Round4: 40/80
Round5: 60/120

And so forth. Starting stack of 2000 - that'd be ideal. NPL levels though, would have to be...

Round1: 25/50
Round2: 50/100
Round3: 75/150
Round4: 100/200
Round5: 150/300
Round6: 200/400

Limited to 180 players.

$1,000 for first, $500 for second.

Best I can do at such short notice.
