This episode was much better than the previous.

The guest spot and the WSOP wrap was great.

If I could make a suggestion, in the next few episodes an interview with a 'live pro' would be good. Someone who's sole income is from poker, a candid interview (thoughts on the past, present and future of poker etc.) would be something I would love to hear.

Give Scott a mic (and a larger role in the show), his voice is well suited and his input is relevent. You could be like the Black Eyed Peas - add Fergie (Scott) and rocket to fame and fortune! (just don't sell out quite so hard).

Oh, and the music continues to be great! What about a grind playlist, impact music / ipods / sunglasses can have on your game etc..

Wait until you the next episode. I'll blow my own trumpet and say it's the best one yet by a country mile.

We have found a formula that works and honed it.
We still have lots of work to do though.

We are concentrating on getting the content right and we'll work on the actual audio shortly as we're looking in to new equipment and a new place to record.

As for the music, I'll take credit for that. I said to benny the cunt, Matchbox 20 and Pink won't cut it, we need more JP and California Jury Experiment and other cool bands I've never heard of, I mean that I love.

So yeah, thanks for that.

I'm glad you like the new music choices, amazing what happens when you get music from the 2000s

Scotty will definitely get more airtime in the future, we also love his input, especially when we are chatting amongst ourselves rather than an interview

love to hear that we will hear more from scotty, very natural sounding speaker, and gives the whole show more of a feel about sitting at a pub bar and chatting about pub poker rather than the radio show feel that i think old man Swanky brings it ( no offence swank)

benny the cunt i liked the "poker time with benny the cunt" segment but you have to work out a way to make it not sound so rehersed, at one stage i thought you sounded down right creepy, i guess its just practice before you will sound more "natural", your insight and experience should be invalube to listeners and i think it needs to continue.

dont underestimate the power of good music in the show either boys, the 2 plus 2 podcast recently referenced exactly how important it was for their show, and i think the moment that pokernews podcast took off on its road for greatness co-incided with their decision to play great new music (albeit mainly hip hop), which gave the show a certain "freshness".

i think short "listener contributions" regularly each episode are a good idea, like the one that Harps did, but as well as a venue related one why not a pub poker player one, " HI my names krunchie- ive played poker since blah, my favourite venue is blah, my most memoral hand was this , my best sucsess in pub poker, i play pub poker because and my poker dream is too. Just an idea
