$5K Deep Stack Invitational Live Reporting

Well we started with just over 81 runners today @ 10am.
We are now down to the final 12 with the money starting at 9th.
Forum regulars Scott Murin and Carolin "NevahplayJJ" are still in with decent stack sizes.
The break commences in 3 minutes and we will report on who is left in and their chip stacks very shortly!
Tune in, it will prove to be an exciting night.

Players are now on a break.
Caroline was eliminated in the last hand of the break when her 99 did not suck out against her opponents QQ.

The board ran out [ah] [jd] [6c] [th] [4h]
And we are down to ten.

I wanted to get it cut today, but went too deep (but not enough to cash, of course).

Tammy ships it!
Zack in MP limps pre and finds himself with three callers when Ken call and James completes the SB and Tammy checks her option.
The flop falls [qc] [kd] [7d]. Tammy checks and Zack leads into the pot for 10K. Everyone folds except for Tammy who calls.
The turn card falls [5c] and again Tammy check calls Zack's bet of 20K.
The river falls the [4d] and both players check. Tammy shows [Qh6h] for a pair of Queens and Zack mucks his hand. Tammy ships a 102,000 pot.
