Etiquette Guide

another thing that really annoys me is people that don't know proper etiquette, and dont bother even trying to learn it.
i still see heaps of people with dirty chip stacks (i.e big chips at the back in between other smaler chips etc), people pre-burning cards, people folding out of turn etc.
some people just dont care, but there are some people that do these things because they dont know the reason WHY they are done - there have been a few people go "oh, thats why" when i tell them why burn cards are used.
does anyone know of a good table etiquette guide that explains all of this? personally, i would like to read it as well, just in case i am not doing everything right.
there is nothing that irks me more than the dude who says whatever, its free poker man.
