I hate the River sometimes

I usually don't whinge but I have to get this off my chest.
So i'm playing a quick sit & go last night and it gets down to the last two of us - then we both go all in (I was a small chip leader at this stage)
DAMN, the only card that could save him was a Q and he got it on the River.
Next hand I fold from SB.
Then we go all in again and this happens
The only card that could save him was a 7, and again he got it on the river. GAME OVER!
It hurts when it happens once but twice within 3 hands?!?
I shouldn't really complain as I won the freeroll last saturday night and collected around 350 points
