kidding me? awesome stuff russ. first win in his forst tourney, how easy was that!! He only turned 18 last week so was itching to play his first pub game. Bloody awesome stuff!!

Surely there should have been warnings etc posted in regards to this new player.

I open raise for 2K from UTG+1
both blinds call,
Flop T75r
chk, chk, I lead out for 3K
SB shoves, BB folds...
(I have seen him show a number of allin bluffs/crap hands, and think my 9s might still be good + i have him covered)
I call...
"I called", I say as he is reluctant to show.... A5o
rivers a 5!

Leaves me with 3K

1st hand after the break, Blinds are 500/1000
I am BB, the player to my left was moved.

fold, fold, limp, fold, limp, limp, I put out the other 2K without looking at my cards, same player as above is the only caller... Shows J5.... I turn over... QQ lovely...
Cant exactly remember the board but he trips his 5 again!

Oh well, there is Poker on ONE tonight anyway, and I came home and won the $3 home game anyway!

He did win and congrats on that, but there were so many times that he should of been out. He got lucky quite a few times. Even before the final table he was very lucky.but hey thats poker.. So i dont think we need to worry about his playing ability just worry about his luck.

Because every other win in the 888PL uses 100% skill

not saying that but i did witness quite a lot of his hands and to have won the pot required a great deal of luck .Not an ounce of skill was required on his behalf..
