Thanks where it is deserved

Just finished reading Garth's face book and noted that a venue has changed its times to keep a tc. This goes to show the excellent work that this tc is doing and thought I would like to add a big thank you to the tc's from my region. They are a wonderful bunch and quite often I turn up on nights that I really couldn't be bothered due to the tc who is on and to support them ( work permitting that is). All of our tc's do a wonderful job in my region and sometimes under difficult situations. They are fair and helpful and do there best to ensure that everyone enjoys there poker experience. In my region, and in others I am sure, we have a wide variety of people who play and our tc's have a wonderful knowledge of poker that they are happy to share and they make sure everyone feels welcome and at ease. They ensure that any concerns players have are addressed and go above and beyond to resolve any issues that players may have.
Quite often I see the tc's as being unrecognized for the wonderful work that they do. They ensure we all get to enjoy our poker on a regular basis and for that I thank you all. Keep up the good work.

p.s Maybe we could have a thread where we can nominate a tc for employee of the month or something to recognize the work our tc's do.

Glyn?
Andre?
Norwood?
Alex?
Definitely Tim also?

Butler spends more time on matching clothing though.

I just wake up and viola, all done. Same with Gylnniffer.

Andre has been growing the rat's tail for years so it does count.

Norwood, Alex? Oh, how I laugh so hard at the notion.

One of my favourite ever quotes from this forum was from Scott's 1st GF report, refering to when he broke/forgot his belt on Day 1 and had to borrow one of Nathan's. Nathan's GF brought it to him.

Scott wrote:When she exits the building and wanders toward the car, I see her holding a belt that would have had Elton John saying "Wow, that belt is gay."

I have never put a comb though my hair in my life. That would hurt. I wake up and its this awesome. El natuuuurallll. :D My last haircut whilst not that long ago was so funny. Three chicks on every side of my head trying to untangle all the knots. It hurt.

I would nominate Alf Morley from my region. Alf is a former state champion and all round gentleman. He always greets players with a smile and is always happy to help out. Alf has good poker knowledge and a real passion for the game. He is respected by all players.
I may have nominated Michael "Cheese"Callahan but he beats me at poker too many times and can read me like a book so cant let his head get any bigger. Also he blames me when he farts at the pokie's and almost gets me beaten up by little old ladies who take offense. If it wasn't for all of that he would have been at the top of my list as he is an awesome tc with a brilliant poker mind. He has helped me when I have lost the plot in some big tournaments online (phone calls saying are you still there and don't panic really help) and is trying to get me to "stack em" and "peel one off" more often. Maybe next month if he lets me win against him occasionally he will be my pick. ;)
We also have a new tc Ben Mihail who is an employee of the month in the making. As I said he is new but doing a brilliant job and quite often goes above and beyond to help players. He has had to put up with my husband(swingrav) rants about not appearing for home games on the leader boards this season and is still smiling which shows his awesome people skills.
