Cool Your Jets, Hotshot
There's been a little bit of drama on one of the outer tables and as a result a player has received a one-orbit penalty.
We are unsure as to what happened in the hand, but the player allegedly abused 888PL National Operations Manager Garth Kay after he made a ruling. The offending player allegedly refused to calm down, resulting in his time-out.
The player stormed by media row a short time later, complaining to Kay that his penalty was too harsh. He was promptly dismissed from the tournament area, however as it stands he's still in the tournament area, waiting for his penalty to expire. Sadly, he's still carrying on to those who are within earshot.
Ummmm. I'd say take your medicine dude and STFU...
I think he's lucky given who he abused!
I just hope this has nothing to do with the rather large thread regarding suspended players and the GF...

See this is what peeves me..
Kick the sook out.. Who gives a rats what the reason.. any form of abuse should be instant dismissal.
We know the rules, we also know abuse against TC's or management is unacceptable...
Kick the bum to the curb...

Was not me in this story,
I did get a one orbit penalty on day 1, but I deserved it, didn't complain about the ruling, only told my story to people I knew while on the rail for the orbit cos they thought I had busted from the tourney already.

So what does one do to earn an orbit penalty?

The table was really messy with people just folding their cards/throwing chips in to the pot all over the table, and I accidentally mucked another players hand while tidying up the opposite end of the table to the dealer as I folded. He went on to call a river bet with no cards, other player Tabled a set and was awarded the pot, but the river call was returned to player whose cards I had mucked.
I must say tho, It was frustrating for the rest of they day, people on the table still continued to just throw cards and chips everywhere, and the guy whose hand I had accidentally mucked, nearly had his hand mucked in the same way one a few more occasions (not by me these times) because he would leave his cards a fair way out from the racetrack and people would chuck cards really close to his hand when folding so it was hard to pick the muck from his cards sometimes.
