HI I AM CONFUSED ABOUT A RULE,CAN A PERSON WHO IS NOT ON THE TABLE OR IN THE HAND CALL YOUR HAND ONCE THE CARDS HAVE BEEN TURNED OVER,OR IS IT UP TO THE DEALER AND PLAYER TO KNOW THERE HAND.THAMKS

Cards speak. If they are shown, then they speak for themselves. Its the same as the ole two pair, i have two pairs 5's and 5's.
They might have verbalized it wrong but it is Quads.
