History with villian: He limped ATss UTG, I went to 40c with AQo from MP, he's the only caller. Flop 7 high, two spades, it goes check check. Turn Jh, he fires 30c into $1, I call. River pairs a 6, he bets 30c into $1.40ish, I call and win. I would have had him covered by about $1 (I was sitting with $11 at the start of the hand).
Reads on villian: Only one, bar the ATss hand. I didn't see the action go down pre, but the flop fell 6h 8h 3d, lead of 40c, raise to $2.20, and he went to $4.60, both folded. In chat he said he had QQ, the 3bettor said he folded 77 there. I don't concentrate 100% at 5/10c, was 3tabling at the time, and you only need to vb everyone anyway.
My image: This one is odd. I called down on the AQ hand, but apart from that I had been taking down a lot of pots preflop with c bets, opening hands on the button etc. I did check back the odd hand recently, so he could've thought I was weak postflop.
I had shoved for around $2-$4 with marginal holdings (never called) earlier because I was bored. But don't know if he was there for that. I stacked a player at the table when I lead into the BB in a limped pot with 44 on a 33Kr flop, checked turn through, 4 river obv he has 37 and I rape him.

Not a bad hand to discuss, but the fact we are discussing a hand from 5c/10c skews my reply slightly, especially on Poker Stars. We do not have a lot of information on Villain but we can only use what you have.
In the first hand you describe there are two basic pieces of information:
1.) Villain will value bet with air.
2.) Hero will call down light for showdown value.
In the second hand we are missing two pieces of decent info; preflop action and actual showdown of hand. I disregard this hand entirely, for information, but accept the fact that villain is willing to three bet post flop which is slightly unusual for micro stakes players.
My read on Villain's line here is that he believes Aaron will either call down light or stack off with any Ace. I think that rr on the flop speaks of a set or strong two pair. It's the line I read when I first read the hand. But if he is a thinking player of any sort, his whole range here can be vastly different; any A, str8 draw, flush draw, mid pair.
Considering that this hand is a very similar situation to the first confrontation (in terms of position and pf action) I would be willing to bet that the aggressive re raise on flop speaks of a set or two pair with an Ace.
You have to accept the fact that in 99% of cases here the chips are getting shipped in. Effective stacks are 85BB deep and villain has already committed 33BB of his stack, once anyone ships in 1/3 of their stack at these limits they generally aren't folding. I would actually flat the re raise in this scenario; any re raise will either see a fold from a marginal hand or snap jam from a strong hand, and by then you would be priced in.
You have position on the turn, so check check could be the play as villain may be concerned about your flat or he may think you are on the draw. It is your best opportunity to get to showdown for minimal value, but without risking your stack.
Of course if villain leads or jams on turn there is a greater test, but I think it may be easier to ascertain his hand strength by following his action on turn. Also there's a lot to be said for pot control in these situations.
I am still on the line of flopped set or two pair. But I am willing to commit my stack on the flop, not the ideal play, but we can't always be looking for a way to play TPTK passively or look for a fold when we do flop TPTK. You just need to find the best way to minimise your risk, if you are concerned about opponent but still want to get to showdown.
