That's quite the bad beat, I'd be steaming too.

That would be Riverland, Pete. Matt plays in the Wakierie/Berri area.

B&G players wouldn't make a call like that. At least, I hope.

Sorry Aaron, B&G and NW as well for that standard of play :)

Having said that, I'll have to venture up to Gawler for a game in the next couple of weeks, it's been awhile.
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

You should. If you made it a Friday you could even meet benny the cunt! His wife doesn't let him out on Thursdays.

Was good to finally catch up with him, I will definitely come up and play with you guys one Friday pretty soon.

matt

you have every right to be upset, but it is going to happen at our venue

you and I have already talked about the bad beat I got just 1 table from you on the same night

Big blind at 400

Holding Pocket 10's flop is 9h 9c 4h
I went all in to kill the action with 6000 on the button after a full table check and get called by someone with A 3 (using most of their stack)
and low and behold runner runner aces to send me out in pretty much a similar mood to you.

my point, ive been playing the since night 1 at your venue and there is a definate group of nuffies that play and dont give a rats, at least not the the level you or I try to play our cards. But thats not their fault its ours.
we have to identify these types of players and allow for a certain level of stupidity in their decision making when we play against them, sometimes we will benifit from this and sometimes like tuesday we both leave ready to put a card table through a window.

not all players try to take their game to the next level and some just dont even want to try at all

Thats the way i see it anyway.
Does anyone know how to make money playing uno vs 6 year olds, its about the only card game i get to play these days.
