when you say "better spots", its a cash game. no such thing really. assuming that villain isn't the type to hit and run, then if you think you have an edge, even a 55% edge, you should take it shouldn't you?
Yes. But do you have an edge in this hand? Can you clearly define his hand range with the information you have? There is no point in saying well this is hand range in this spot so I do have a light equity edge if you are only stating the hand range that gives you that edge.
If the spot is a difficult one and the information you require isn't present at this time is it a good spot to get it in?
