Thanks Very Much Bob. Greatly Appreciated.
I receive a lot of emails and phone calls, and most of the staff can attest to the hours I do, quite often working through the night or still up at two or three am.
The last few weeks have been a pain, with incident after incident and complaint after complaint.
Then I receive just one email that makes it all worthwhile. An email from a member of team SA who traveled to VIC to contest the 150K. It was an email that he had taken the time to write to thank NPL and myself for running a great weekend and introducing him to this experience and other people, and also how welcome and needed NPl was in this state.
It's amazing how one person taking the time to say something complimentary can change your day.
Thanks Again mate.
