It's certainly better than an automated reply along the lines of 'sod off you ninny'

poker stars dude wrote:Hello Matt,
Thank you once again for reporting your concerns to us. Although we domonitor the games for collusion, we always appreciate vigilant players suchas yourself reporting any strange or unusual play to us for review.
I havecompleted my investigation into the accounts of the players 'kwkkwk' and'Luuk1212'. The first thing that we look for in such cases is a relationship between thetwo players. In this instance, they live in different countries (Holland andCanada) and have no common indicators on their accounts which might lead meto believe that they know each other.
I then look for frequency of play together. I am looking to see if theseplayers seem to be seeking each other out. Generally (although not always)colluding players play more often with each other than with other players.Although a high frequency of play is not necessarily an indictment, it canbe a harbinger of unethical play. In this case, they have only ever playedone tournament together, the one in which you also played. With that said, the real question comes in the play of the tournaments. Oneof the advantages of online poker is that there is a full record of everyhand.
As a result of this, we can look through the hands with all cards faceup; as a result, cheaters cannot hide what they are doing. In looking attournament play for collusion, we check for such things as:
1) Best hand play, where the two players play only the better of their twohands.
2) Softplay, where the two players refuse to bet against each other.
3) Chip dumping/Stack balancing, where the two players work to help eachother survive by deliberately losing to each other if one's stack is short. I reviewed the tournament in question with all cards face up, looking forany forms of team play. I am happy to report that I found no evidence of anyof the above forms of collusion.
Both players made logical and explainabledecisions at all times based on their hole cards and table position - withthe exception of the hand that you noticed. We often see that less experienced players, when they have to leave thetable deliberately dump their chips to one other player, rather than justsit out. In this instance, 'kwkkwk' deliberaetly dumped chips to a completestranger (Luuk1212). 'kwkkwk' has now been warned not to do this in thefuture and if they are unable to carry on playing to just sit out.
I amsatisfied that there was no malicious intent here and it was simply anhonest mistake. Overall, given the lack of suspiciously high play rates, the lack of anyrelationship between their two accounts, and the lack of any suspicious playduring this event, there is nothing to indicate that these two players arecolluding in any way. In light of your report, I have placed notes in bothaccounts so if any future suspicious play between these two players is notedthere will be a record of this investigation. As you can see, we have a lot of tools at our disposal which help us keepour games honest and fair. In addition, the thousands of honest, vigilantplayers who point out situations that merit investigation are an importantpart of our arsenal. Thank you for doing your part to protect the integrityof our games. Kind Regards, JimPokerStars Support Team
Didnt paste too well, but i think its interesting. Gives an insight into how the online sights go about investigating certain accusations made against players. Im impressed again.

Has anyone checked out their new rewards program. I am quite excited by that, haven't seen the shop yet, but that is one of the best online loyalty programs I have ever seen.
