So the story continues. I have been getting so many hands like this lately . Know it is just a bad run which happens just wanted to vent and spare my mouse. Not complaining though as have had one or two of suck outs myself it is just there are so many more against me at the moment it is not funny. Don't think I could have played it much different.

Yeah I though so. Just feeling sorry for myself as I have the flu and am killing my bankroll on full tilt. Have cashed the last 2 nights in main event on 888 so not all bad.

i was out first hand last night in the main event

other than that, i ran like god and made 5 final tables, 4 of them in $20 tournaments, but ended up no higher than 5th. it was so frustrating.

I saw that hand in the main event and it was the most bizarre hand I have seen in a while. The bet on the flop was so huge given the pot size and just a really strange way to play a set.

yeah super weird, AK was literally the bottom of my calling range there to that shove, and i probably should have folded too but i think at the time i had busted out of a couple of tourneys and i was on a bit of tilt.

(for those that dont know i raised 3x with AK, 1 caller, flop comes ATx, i make a standard cbet and villain shoves on me for 250bb. i think wtf i call, villain turns over TT)

True, but what are my options ?
Raise ? make it 4K or 5K ? leaves me with not enough to work with, probably more callers, and if the flop shows overs, I'm probably done, with little chips left...had to be a shove surely ?
Happy to take the blinds and have my next 2 hands paid for

It's a shove/fold, and I'd kill to have 9s with 11bb.
