that said, limp calling didnt really get him beaten, limp calling actually got him way in front of me with no idea that i was that far behind ( my problem more than his)

but yes this is very results orientated thinking,

the fact that the queen dropped on the river actually made me feel quite bad ( but just not for too long) because i new i deserved to be out of the tourney the way i played that.
Does anyone know how to make money playing uno vs 6 year olds, its about the only card game i get to play these days.

I like limp calling a lot more than limp folding.

True but I don't like limping in the first place

So what should he have done benny the cunt? Raise Called?? Raise Fold?????

I don't see a problem with how Harps played it, just really unlucky on the river....
What?, poker without the river??, you've just made my dreams come true!!!

No question that in this situation everyone should open with a raise, no point in open limping in this position with that hand.

I don't mind the limp, if everyone else on the table folds after krunchie's raise, then it is an easy fold for minimum loss. The only reason it is a good call preflop is because of the value in the pot by the time it comes back around to Harps.....

i have a feeling that it was probably all in preflop with bruce having a couple of big blinds, but on the flop, the other guy was 0.3% to win
