When Bacon bet, he's been playing random junk all not, so I really wasn't too worried here, maybe 2 pair but I doubt it, it's was an ugly board. I really didn't put Russ on anything like A4off. If anything I would have had him at KK or AA and the way he tanked made me think more that that is what he had and that he's wondering what kind of junk I'm holding, whether I had 2 pair or a straight draw. He was possibly wondering if his wheel was good and that I had a higher straight.
And since Russ hadn't really tangled in too many hands on the night unless he had something really good, I actually thought playing A4 was above him. He got the ultimate flop for that hand and he did well. My hat is certainly off to him.
It also saw the beginning of a bad run with pocket Q's. Yesterday I had them no less than 6 times and not once did they win.
