no thats not a ' bad beat '

thats ...Poker play any two Cards....

ahead on the Flop ...hit on the flop and still ahead on the turn...

River Card hits ....bye bye ...next hand please !!

win some loose some ... just hope /eliminated the losing possibilities and the win more than you loose...

That is a terrible beat.

No reason for any of those plays; calling with j5 on that board? Unlucky, but I guess you love that call in those situations.

What were the blinds? I don't know if I would jam that flop after hitting two pair especially; as I am second (first??) to speak, on a non raised pot.

The blinds were at 10k/20k. Looks like there are three runners left and all are in the hand, although he states he was in the BB, and the action post flop went check, check to him, which doesn't work; he would have been second to act.

See I was getting confused, I thought he was saying he was in the BB and his effective stack was 20K, hence why I didn't understand the shove for 65K thought it was a typo of some sort.

I did notice the check, check, DB checking out of turn?

So 60K in the pot, flop two pair in a short handed game and then shove for 65K? Was the board flushing? At this stage of the tournament does it really matter if it is, your chips are going in here somewhere but what about a check raise or pop it on the turn or river? Allow a player to catch up here.

And then getting called by J 5? What was their stack, what position were they in?

Ok I think this goes down as the worst hand on the forum, it's the only real BAD BAD beat I have read about on here in awhile.

maybe because the same few people post about everytime they are eliminated from a tournament
"I never go looking for a sucker. I look for a Champion and make a sucker out of him."
