Let set the scene Final table at Waikerie.

The table make up is

Dealer Tegan check and call player
SB Me
BB Tiff mainly a check and call player but is easy to read with the big hand.
UTG Shirley you wont get an easy call with her
Krunchie I know his game to a degree
MegaTilt Very aggressive and finds it hard to fold a mid hand.
Paul another check and call player
Rebec also a passive player even with a big hand make a hard read.
Gail a proven checker.

After a few hands of aggressive play by me I have raised my stack to 28k, I'm in mid position on the table, I look down at pocket cowboys.

There are a couple of callers, I look around the table to check the other callers chip stacks most are under 10k I decide to raise to 8k, Shirley shoves all in with 25k all other fold except for Teagan who is SS calls also.

Now it back to me a call will leave me with 3k, if my Kings standup I'm looking at a 60k+ payday, that just over 2 to 1 I call.

The board offers nothing to all players the A's are good.

I find it hard to fold them K's when I get called all in even when I put an opponent on A's, because I still see 5 chances to improve my hand

there is a lot of strange things at poker at waikerie, least of which has been Maccatacks venue form of late

but ive never seen the joker

except for gundog
