Another 888PL Special - Could you have played this better?

Saturday $10 Buy-in Deepstack Challenge Event (NOT a freeroll)
Blinds 60/120
Dealt to Hero (C/O): As Jd
UTG+1 calls, Villain calls, Hero raises to $275, SB calls, BB folds, UTG+1 calls, Villian calls
Flop: 6c Jh 7s
Checks to Villian who raises to $240, Hero reraises to $750 (perhaps a bit small), 2 folds, Villain calls.
Turn: 3s
Villian checks, I raise to $2418 and I am All in. Pot $4808. Pot odds: 2.2 to 1. Villians calls.
River: 6s (BINGO!)
Villian shows: Qs Ks
Now this is a cash buy in event. It's the largest cash buy in event that 888pl holds so I don't really know what to say here...
So he doesn't have a pair on the flop and a very small chance of a draw. It's 3% that he hits a flush from the flop and 46% that he hits a pair on the turn or river (28% overall chance of winning the hand). Yet he raises and then calls a re-raise.
On the turn he is an 18% chance of making the flush and 34% that he hits a pair.
I have just learnt to deal with these situations in freerolls but with money on the line...
