Statistics would say 1. Because it has happened.

Pokerstove would say

2.3% Draw

wat? statistics tells you about the likelihood of something happening in the future, not what happened in the past.

to work it out, you need to do some combination theory.

out of 52 cards, there are 2,598,960 combinations of 5 cards hands.

so the odds are 1/2598960 or a 0.000038% chance

Q: What are the odds of a player on Pokerstars calling a raise on a board that is straighting and flushing and he has absolutely none of it?

A: Odds on!

Statistics is using collected data to determine the probability of the outcome. So in this case. Our data is 1 hand, in which the board is a straight flush. Therefore from the data set provided. It is 1. :-). It was a stupid stats joke thanks to one of my uni prof's.

As for the 2.3% Ran it through stove for the river, and just took the draw.
