Insta-Call, Tank-Call, Tank-Fold?

Home game last night, blinds $5/$5 currently 8 handed
Im sitting on $900, the enemy in question on $1600
Enemy raises to $30 preflop UTG, I make it $85 in the CO with AA everyone else gets out the way, enemy calls. $180 pot
Flop KKK
I quickly look around the table to see if someone looks disgusted with their fold, no-one seems upset.
Enemy starts cutting $25 chips into $100 piles, after hes cut out 6 piles i say "dont bet too much or you wont get a call"
he says "I'll just go all in then"
HMMMMMM
The factor playing on my mind the most was 3 weeks ago he flopped the nut straight flush and opened for $2,200 into a pot less than $100 (he got called by a set and won a nice pot)
I also know that he NEVER raises pre with pairs sub 1010, but he likes to raise his suited aces, paint / paint type cards. He also loves to bluff, especially when scare cards hit (A strategy that hasn't seemed to work for him as he's down 5 figures over the last 2 months)
After 3 minutes of deliberating i decide he's on QQ or a bluff.
Im pretty sure one of us is drawing dead (or as good as), and Id only bought in for $200 so it would only be a $200 loss. I call
Turn: A
Enemy says "I'll show you 1 card", he looks at both cards and exposes an A. At this point I decide if he slowrolls me with AK I will jump the table and break his nose.(has happened at this game before to slowrollers - wasnt me though)
River: 7
Enemy says "I got a house" I say "You lose" he tables A10s
Could anyone fold on the flop or would you just say if you got you win and call? or would you just insta-call without any thought?
