Live game, background on players. One solid will respect bets, Other i have respect for as normally is a good player also is the leaderboard leader. Its also his first hand after arriving late.
Blinds 50/100
Mid 1 - 3000ish
Button - 1k
BB(me) - 1800
Dealt QQ with 2 limps from others and a fold from SB, raised to 350. 2 calls.
Flop [2c] [4c] [7s] Pot-1000
Whats your action here?
I went 650, mid 1 fold and Button call for all in
Turn [Qs]
River [10s]
Cards flipped, hes holding A9s.
Would anyone have bet differently? I lost all respect for him after that.

I don't see what your bet sizing has to do with the hand. If he's calling all in w/ A9 high then it doesn't matter how much you go to pre/post.
Fwiw I probably make it 400 pre and put it in on most flops.

Less a question of bet-sizing and more a question of "should I punch in the throat or kick him in the groin?"

Re: What would you bet?
With two overs, he's got 1/3rd of his stack in play, fold leaves him with less than 10BB and he prob has a passport (?) or places to be so not so hard to understand his jam. Starting the hand with 10BB it should have been push/fold to your raise.
You just got unlucky.

Re: What would you bet?
i make it 450/500 preflop, then you can easily jam the flop without leaving a little bet behind.
but generally, you played it fine. its not a hand for discussion, as scott said, you should have just reached across and punched him in the face

With all the Talk about player etiqutte etc in these forums is this a good comment ?
Why not say "nice hand ", get up from the table and buy a stiff drink and put his play/call in the memory banks for next time.

Because it's such a far out scenario that it's never going to happen.
