AK rebuy final hand

Heads up in BB (Around 27k stack) and am dealt (Ac)(Ad),
Blinds are 1500/3000
Villain (Around 227k stack) raises to 6000, I re-raise to 15000 & villain calls
Flop- (4d)(3d)(2d)...Sweet flop I am thinking so I shove it all and villain calls
Villain turns (Qd)(6d)...Bugger!
Turn- (As)...Ok I have a few more outs
River- (Kc)...No joy

I guess I could of shoved from the outset but I am reasonably confident I would of ended up with the same result.
Was a great game with a harsh ending.

P.S Sorry I don't know how to make the impressive card symbols and if I knew how to insert the captured page I would do that also.

usually the best way is to get your hand history and post it. if you are not sure how to do this, i can tell you how.

but what you have described, i am guessing it is supposed to be 27k, not 227k.

other than that, i thought you played it fine.

worst case scenario is that he has already flopped a flush, and you still have outs against him.
but it is pretty hard to flop a flush. you would be good there a lot of the time, and even against a set you have a truckload of outs. a flopped flush is the worst case scenario, just unlucky that he woke up with it.

Thanks benny the cunt,
I have no idea how get hand history etc.
I was well behind the 8 ball, I had 27k and he had 227k. It was always going to be a battle.

ok, so he did have a huge stack.

with anything less than 10BB, i usually prefer to open shove. the reason for doing this, is because you basically can't raise pre then fold on the flop, because you are absolutely crippled. so in general, if you can't afford to fold a flop, then you may as well shove.

this is also good, because it gives you some fold equity, which means hopefully you can steal a few blinds and start to build your stack up.

to get a hand history, go into the 888 lobby, then go to settings -> hand history. it will tell you were your hand histories are being saved. from there, you can open folder, and navigate to the appropriate tournament, and then troll through that to find the hand history.

the advantage about posting a hand history rather than describing it, is becasue you can spend your time typing your reads etc, not just replaying the hand for us. so it allows you to post more info.

all you need to do to post an image is hit reply, and then down under where you type, there is a add file.

to take a screen capture of the hand, alt-> print screen (button on the top right of your keyboard) will do it for you. then you can post it into paint, save it as a jpg, then upload it.
