As most will know that K9 / K8 are cards that are in my playable range, wether this is right or wrong is not the up for discussion, it more the attitude of how player deal with being beaten by them.
I'm in the SB with the blinds at 100/200.
SB 6525
BB 6403
UTG 6172
MP 4671
CO 7220
Button 2909
UTG folds
MP raises to 800
CO folds
SB calls [kd] [9d]
BB folds
My opponent has a solid rep as a player but has been caught a couple of times playing court cards against pockets and overbeating.
The flop [9h] [2h] [jh]
SB checks
MP checks
Turn [jc]
SB bets 400
MP calls
River [6d]
SB bets 800
MP calls
SB wins the hand with 2 pair Jacks and 9's
MP shows [ad] [qd]
And them makes a couple of unwarranted comments in the chat box, which in my opinion tarnishes the rep of this player in my eyes.
I am happy with how I played the hand, so put yourself in the position of the MP player how would you have played the hand, against a player with a wider playable range.
