State Finals Qualification Process (Venue Top 5)

Fair enough... I think that it's good that Steve question about John's qualification was taken seriously and investigate.

But what happens to the person who qualified 5th at Royal after the program had erroneously removed John F?

I would like to think they'd still be playing, because they probably received confirmation with the original listing.

If it was me, I wouldn't like to be told "Sorry the text was wrong". I'd probably not play, cos I didn't genuinely make it, but that's a hypothetical really.

1 error in 700+ qualifiers shows the program is pretty good.

Okay,
State Top 50 are removed from all venue leaderboards.
Then all top 5 venue leaderboards are re sorted.
If you are in multiple top 5's then you qualify via the venue finished the highest position, if there is a tie for position then it is sorted by highest points scored.

Does that make sense?
It's the best way to communicate it.
