Game still plays the same. Chips just show who is winning

The new 100 and 500 chips are way too close in color. They will be too close next week, next month and next year. Who approved them? Stevie Wonder? Some one should fess up to making a stupid error. I could get used to being kicked in the groin every morning but i still wouldn't like it.

The chips will be the same colour tomorrow and the next day, yes... but it's the perception of them that can change. Comparing these to the chips we had right now makes them seem harder, and they are.

But hell, give it some time - it'll be fine.

If anything at least we can force people to stack their chips nicely so they are easily seen (which a lot of people don't do now).

So, no. In 12 to 24 months time for example, it won't be as much of an issue.

At least they feel nicer.

Player in time will come to like the new chip, or that maybe what you may think. But in fact player will stop posting here about how crap they really are, as nothing is going to happen about changing the chips cause that is how it is.

Also if you what player to stack the chips better then we need better tables with more room so we can stack them better. So maybe we should start a new thread about how crap and small the tables are. Because there is not enough room to stack the chips, so the new chips do not get mixed up because the new chips are crap.

So what should we talk about then?

Anyway nothing is going to change because that is the way things are.

I must admit, I am struggling to understand that post.

Just so you know, Andrew, I am not the 888PL, nor do I work for the 888PL.

And the size of the tables means squat when talking about stacking chips (almost all the time).

Nothing wrong with talking about not liking the chips at all, that isn't my point. But think about it from the 888PL's point of view - they've just invested a lot of money in these chips, it is NOT as simple as just "sending them back" and getting new ones.

I'd rather use these chips and play off for $100k, than use the old ones and play off for $25k.
