Either that or I just DGAS?

Ive always found that Garth and the other mods respond very well to this sort of sentiment.

Not.....

AJG wrote:Yeah I hoped that was the case, but maybe he thought I (or benny the cunt) was getting too far of the main abuse point, but I didnt want to go ahead and point out it was he who actually introduced this topic (abuse).

I had typed "As this thread is about foreign languages isnt the entire abuse discussion a hijack?" then remembered it was Garth who first introduced the abuse issue in this thread, and thought it better not to post something that can be so easily taken the wrong way by the Manager! so I deleted before hitting submit. I didnt think it was originally about abuse at all...
Am hoping he wont think Im being a smart-ass now :)

Mr Gage,

I have suffered about as much of your attempted intellectual debate and wit as I possibly can. I have quite often told the regs here to hold back on their arguments with you as you were bringing some interesting aspects/discussions to this forum.

I for one know am I an arrogant, I have no qualms with that and don't try to hide my arrogance or pride from anybody. I am good at what I do, I enjoy what I do, I live a very good life and I don't mind telling someone they are a moron when I believe that title is deserved.

In terms of the 888PL I am God (oh, look <----- there's that arrogance I was talking about) I am omnipotent in regards to most things (especially the regular posters involved in this forum), and I happen to know that the OP has also had some issues recently with player abuse directed at her and my forum post was to address this aspect for Caroline as well (as she is well aware).

I think abuse of players and the prevalent attitude of a small minority of the online 888PL community is the greatest concern facing 888PL at this time; I chose to address this in this forum and for Caroline's benefit raised a very sensitive topic for her. If a player was causing issues for you at a live event then I suggest that you should have spoken to a TC rather than letting the point escalate, and to be quite honest if your smug, arrogant, better than thou and defensive attitude (which is displayed in the majority of your "rebuttal" posts) is represented on the poker tables as well I could imagine a novice female having a hard time dealing with you and resulting in her upset demeanour that she needed to externalise her built up angst in your direction.

To be quite honest Aaron, you do bring some great concepts to some discussions but in most cases you come across as a wannabe "know it all" who will remain steadfastly stubborn and ignorant on most view points and discussions and will never accept that they are wrong and will debate most points like a back bench politician; who always states that "my comments were taking out of context and that I wasn't wrong if you just look at what I meant to say!"

I have alot of time for all 888PL players, but when you decide to try and disrespect me on this forum or in any connection with the 888PL I will draw the line and let you know that "if you look behind you, you will notice the line you have just crossed!"

To ALL,

This will be the end of the discussion and the arguments that everyone is creating, stop flaming each other, listen to each other's stories and comments and viewpoints and grow for them. Not every alternate view needs to be argued or debated. Not every little comment needs to be defended.

Here's a helpful hint in life: you will not grow as a human being if you can never accept you are wrong or do not compel yourself to learn from others and their stories.

Thanks for your time!
Garth Kay
