Do these questions really bear on this discussion or problems?

Sample was delivered and approved.

Delivered items were not reflective of samples.

Chips needed to go out.

New chips will be delivered within 8 - 12 weeks.

not having a go garth, for all i knew it was a conscious decision to go with darker chips

No not conscious, would I seriously put myself through this? LOL\

We stuffed up by having the colour of the inserts the same, but we needed to identify challenge and foundation chips. It was a catch 22, the sample purple chips were a few shades lighter in tone than what we had delivered.

I am ordering fluro pink for purple chips, and no I am not joking.

Very nice, I like it. Will 888pl get them before the Grand Final?
I gather the fluro pink will replace the purple ones!

like the new chips, though as already said a hundred times, the purple and black is horrendous. I hope someone got fired for that! ;)

Without wanting to feel the ferocity of Garth on this matter, its been 10 weeks since that post, any update?
