Re: Quickly whilst IT is taking demands
I'm not sure if this is an admin request or IT request, but making venues that have more than one event each week, consistent on the website.
for example, Payneham Tavern, has two different "areas" on the site, where as Pooraka FC has one, but has all results listed on one page (even though you can then separate them).

No can do on that one Dave.
I know about that one, have asked for it and it is too difficult right now.

Re: Quickly whilst IT is taking demands
Ok, in that case please change the top 50 so I'm in it.
Just kidding.
I did have a list somewhere in the past, but I wouldn't have a clue what I've done with it. A lot of it was "navigational", in that there should be easier ways to get from one place you've searched to, to another.
I have to go out now but I'll be back in an hour or so if that's not too late.

WOW - Where do we start?
Would love to see something that allowed us to create groups of players so you could track friends/rivals on something other than just venue placing. For example, Pete v Scott for the zero card challenge. Something like you get with office footy tipping comps.
viewtopic.php?f=22&t=351
Access to a screen with career stats for a player
total wins
total points etc
Career leader board (someone else's idea this one)
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1266
Requirement to log in to the site before you can view player details. I've had my ident. compromised before so I'm a little funny about privacy issues.
if number 1, 2 & 3 aren't possible, a webservice that returns venue leaderboards, player stats etc. same as what you can get from the site, but in a friendlier data format. Actually this one is what i really want

Tidy up the USER MANAGEMENT section.
I can log in but can't change any details.
Apparently it's possible to change your favourite hand, amongst other things, though it rarely works.

A system that allowed a venues TD to update the venue details with current information regarding prices, specials and stamping policy?

Re: Quickly whilst IT is taking demands
Probably can't happen, but being able to search through previous season's results (as in where everyone finished in the venue/region/state) would be nice.
Also, on every leaderboard page (state, venue, region), being able to sort the list by points, games played, average and wins would be great, instead of the list being automatically sorted by average.
Oh, and fix the login process. I can login fine, using my NPL number, but I can't change any of my details - like my "Faviorite Hand," or nickname. Every time I try to change any of my details I get this error message:
"Account Details Update Failed."
That's all I can think of for now, I'll post some more later if I think of anything else. And oh, this is nitpicking, but isn't this supposed to say 2006-2008?

Re: Quickly whilst IT is taking demands
i think sorting by different stats is a good one.
in addition, before the different tabs were used to see previous season's results, you used to be able to see an average points etc for that season. now u can only see it for the current season.
and yes, a full total played stats would be good also
