11. Can I download the 888 software on a MAC?

• No, but 888 does have a no download version. Go to 888pl.com.au and click the No Download link to register and play 888 on your Mac.

12. I already have an 888 account from before this promotion, can I play?

• Yes. Ask the player if their account is active and has points and/or money. If answer is Yes - take down player username and send to your Poker Manager to be added to the restricted 888PL list. If answer is No - Direct player to create new account via 888pl.com.au and inform them they will need to change their username slightly for the new account.

13. I tried to download the software and it stopped in the middle of the download due to my virus software, what should I do?

• First, temporarily lower your security levels for your virus software and then download software again from the 888pl.com.au download link. This should work, if not, suggest they play the No download version via the No Download link on 888pl.com.au. Take down email and username and we will try to investigate further.

14. I won a seat into a qualifier and I can’t register?

• If you won a seat via an in venue promotion or you won a seat in an online tournament and did not place 1st, you will be allowed registration into the tournament 48 hours prior to the tournament start time.

15. I cannot find the 888PL tournaments in the 888 lobby?

• Make sure you have selected MONEY PLAY tab> HOLD EM tab>MULTITABLE tab. Once you have selected these, I suggest you click the NAME tab and the tournaments will sort by Name. Search for 888PL and you will see the available restricted tournaments for 888PL league members. (Refer to (F), (C), (SA) or (VT) reference if necessary.)

16. I went to use my Pay and Play card and the code did not work?

• Take down the card number from the player if available. Instruct player to make sure they do not enter pay and play number into promotion box. On the page that asks for Pay and Play card currency and value, click “SUBMIT” and enter number on following screen. If card still does not work, take down details and email and inform them they will receive email with replacement card number in the next few days. TD’s should send information to Poker Managers for further investigation. Once approved new number will be sent to player directly from management.

can i ask why the standard foundation home games are only 1k start stack and 5 min levels?

it seems to me that they would go for less than 2 hours even with a field of 100. what is the reasoning behind this?

how is my 888 screen name linked to my 888pl card, so my away games are linked to my home games?

Hi Garth,
WOW... very exciting, very confusing.. but my question is pretty simple.

I already have an 888 account with money on it, but cannot find the "Multitable" tab you have mentioned.

Not sure what I am doing wrong? Do I need to download the software again?

All times quoted are AEST.

All home game denominations and listed prizes are in US dollars.

'

Super Turbo format for all those guys who get half hour to hour lunch breaks.

And I don't want to make them super attractive to players, our live events must still have the better tournament structures. But there are different formats for freerolls.

It's a magical secret.

You can upload your 888 username to the database via your 888pl profile, just log into the 888pl website using your NPL id number and password and edit your 888 username.

Or if that doesn't work for you, there is now a program that matches data from both your 888 profile with the database from 888PL and this auto updates your profile.

Sorry...
I found the answer to my own questions:

It is the TOURNAMENTS tab.. I didn't realise they are one in the same.
Also.. duh @ myself, I was looking for NPL not 888PL
You can give me a slap behind the head Gibbs style for getting that one.. LOL

So forget I asked anything.. :)

another question i have

i read somewhere that the freeroll online games have a $50 prize pool. is this for all games?

what is the payout structure? is it all for top 1 or 3, or is it distributed between the top 15 points getters for a small payout (i think this is the better way to go)
