Did you download the 888 software from any of the links supplied by 888PL or are you a pre existing customer/downloaded direct from 888.com? If you are a pre existing member of 888 we cannot transfer you to the 888Pl serials; that is why you cannot play in 888PL events at the moment.
Either way to get you online tonight we will need to create a new account for you. Before we do this can you please follow the below instructions:
1. Uninstall Pacific Poker and any related 888 software completely.
2. Do this by removing the program completely found in "add or remove programs" icon in the "control panel". You can access the control panel by clicking on the 'windows' or 'start' button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Once completed ààà
3. Hit the start menu and select run: type in REGEDIT.
4. Under the SOFTWARE Folder for the Current User you will find two folders PACIFIC POKER and POKERINSTALLER - Can you delete both these folders.
5. Re install the software from the following link: NEW DOWNLOAD or copy and paste the following link into your browser:
http://www.pacificpoker.com/PokerInstaller?lang=en&sr=9998506. This should then download the new software directly to your laptop.
7. Create a new account for 888PL, once created please test to see if you can register for any of the 888PL online events.
8. Transfer any funds you wish from your previous 888 account to your new 888PL account

It seems that at the moment, with the new software upgrades we cannot transfer current 888 users to the 888PL serials. We need all current 888 users to create an account after downloading the applicable serial software, as above.
