You're a Bunch of Factors

Can some one please tell me how to get my online ID linked to my 888pl number so I can check my home tournament results the same way i check away tournaments on the 888pl website?

you need to email the 888pl help desk, but i wouldnt bother doing it yet, as we will all be re-registering in the new year

I want to be able to see my home games on my 888pl scoreboards.
Is this still an issue for people cause I sure as hell can't see them. Even navigating to the venue scoreboard is annoying, since I have to find the venue, find the event, find my name and click it.

So...two issues in one thred...this should be interesting.

Think the online games auto updater still has an issue with it. Be patient and they will be in there.
So obviously no games in the system, no results to be shown, no linkage of names.

What about the other issues, such as linking the 888-id or not having to go the long way to see your results (venue games). Am I the only one with these issues?!

Honestly, the website is still new (3 and a half weeks). Obviously the priority was getting it up and functional, then ironing out the problems. Can't foresee everything.

Probably not the only one. Be patient is all we can ask.

Hi Guys,

I don't know how to get this information out to the world in general but we have hit just a few complications with online results.

So at the moment there are no online results to be viewed through the website. These results should be going live later today or tomorrow morning, but I make non promises.

When these results do go live the majority of players will have their 888 username automatically linked to their 888PL account. This is completed by a software program that automatically matches details between 888PL rego details and 888 rego details, so if the name, mobile and address matches in both databases the account is linked up.

If the report thinks there is a high likelyhood of a match but some details don't match then an exception report lands on my desk and I manually link accounts to players.

I hope I have cleared up this process, please be patient and bare with us, we will have all of this operational by the end of the week and then we can view all details and results.

I know there is a lot of criticism and voices on the forum but I think we can all agree that besides the small nagging issues you are all doing an awesome job.

Yeah I keep putting that off. I will need to update that today. It's on my to do list.
