Trouble loading software

I have a friend who downloaded the 888 software directly from 888.com. Apparently it worked once and now he just gets stuck with the cards cascading at the start. He has uninstalled and re-installed the software a few times, with no success.

I told him last night to try downloading via 888pl.com.au and he got a message saying that he already had an older version of the software installed.

What can he do to fix the problem?

How long has he let the cards cascade for? What internet speed is he on also?

Not sure about his internet speed.

But he's left it cascading for 5 minutes with no joy.

Uninstall the current software via the remove program function in the control panel.

When he goes to remove 888poker select custom removal.

On every page select all to delete.

Once completed re download from any site.
