I would say no as the 2 are still being run as 2 different leagues.

Talking of Dreamteam has it reverted back to the old system of top 3/5 become Dreamteam players or is there going to be an event again?

As far as we have been told, (very little this far down the food chain), There will be no changes to POTY/POTM for APL and DT for 888PL they will run as they have been until the end of this season at least.
So in short no you cannot get DT points at APL venues... and you cannot get POTM points at 888PL venues... would not make much sense if you could be no point.
