Tickets for venue places and TD's

Hi all,
just a quick question regarding the tickets awarded to top 4 in venue, what happens when one of the top 4 is a TD?
Does the ticket then get awarded to 5th place as the TD is ineligble for the ticket?

Thats what i thought but ive gotten a different answer from 3 or 4 TD's...just want to get an official ruling from garth or tim or whoever can give the definate really

Probably be a good idea to shoot them off an email as well.

Yeh was just trying on here first as i have limited access to a computer but here is easy by phone
