Mine's done and is all cool and loving it. And props to my man Glynn for getting the Dr. Pepper lock screen!
My sister is down from Darwin at the moment and I was going to do her phone this arvo.
But just wondering if the gurus know if hers can be done.
It's about a year old and is a 16g 3G NOT 3GS.
Anything I need to know before I do the Blackra1n dance?


Oh and any suggestions for cool aps for my jailbroken pimp machine?
(Yes the iPhone is a pimp machine, if you don't have one, then you aint pimpin, you aint stylin, you aint nothin!)

blackra1n will work on the 3g.

Make sure the firmware it is running is 3.1.2

firmware 3.1.3 will not allow this jailbreak.

you also may want to look into redsn0w and the pwnage tool
