Help me Lose 10-15kg
I need to lose 10kg-15kg help me out guys and girls. i wanna get back down to 73kg again. i have allways been up and down with my weight all my life plz help me.

for state lacrosse 2 years ago i got down to 75kg good for 4 me.

LOL - Bob giving weight loss advise.
I'm hoping that playing football will help me lose a few kilos. When I hit 100kg, I started to worry, and eat better. Hasn't helped me lose any weight though, but at least I'm regular

Nice one there Bacon you bloody porker, LOL I left myself wide open there hey?
My youngest son Joel started on the program last Sunday and has lost 3 kilos. I think his loss is mainly due to changing his eating and drinking habits.
We are pretty sure it's not loss of fluids because of the additional fluid intake he has to maintain.
