Not quite National Lampoons I hope

Postby Bacon » Tue May 13, 2008 3:02 pm

All,

Planning on a European vacation next year. Big Ben.. Parliament

Where have people been & really enjoyed? Do you know any sights that aren't on the normal tourist track?

The only thing I really wanna see is Neuschwanstein Castle. The rest the gf can plan for. :)

Lonely Planet

Get the europe guide, and just read through it. I borrowed someones when i was in america, and it gives you some great pointers. And my US trip was just a little bit weird when first said, but once explained actually sounds cool. :-)

Brett.

Yeah, Oktoberfest has been banned for me. We are thinking November.

I might have to look at getting to a Premier League game somewhere. Hadn't thought of that before.

I like that it's all been breweries/beer related so far :)

Carslberg brewery for sure, and the Guiness brewery comes highly recommended also... we get RUBBISH Guiness over here, it's really not the same stuff.

I'm shedding tears on your behalf at being banned from Oktoberfest!
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!
