Shooting followed card game

AN argument over a game of cards led to shots being fired at a house in Ferryden Park this morning and the gunman has evaded a police search.
AdelaideNow has been told by a group of people who had been playing cards with the wanted man that he had become upset over claims of cheating and had left the Sutherland Ave address, later returning with a gun.
Shots were fired through a window and a door about 2.35am and a shell casing is believed to have struck one woman in the head.
The card players said they had only just met the man.
Police thought they had him trapped in the area but he has managed to flee the area. They say, however, that they know who he is and they expect to make an arrest soon.
