You're a Bunch of Factors

i am looking at a mid range video card, because my old one crapped itself.

at the moment, i am looking at the Geforce GT240. msy has it out for $107, which seems pretty decent. it has hdmi on it as well, which would be good since my new monitor has hdmo as well.

what do you guys think? would you recommend any others?

well noone bothered to answer in nearly 5 hours, so i just went and bought the one i was looking at

I was also surprised when I came on and seen your post and no reply other than your own LOL.

new video card works well - hdmi ftw

i was slightly worried that the video card wasn't the problem, and the motherboard had cooked itself. but it seems to be working fine now.
