Hi there Guys & Gals. I was just having a look at the NPL's main page and noticed we have a female leader Rebecca Petraccaro with a 55.86 average for her best 15 games.

Mind you she's putting in the effort with 14 tourneys a week and has played in 67 with an overall average of 24.36 at the moment and posted one win.

Well done Rebecca keep it going. You can rewrite the record books and be our first female to win the top points position.

Just like Denise O'hare who is our first female to win our state finals last weekend. And again well done Denise.

Last week at the Kingy there were at least 14 female players in a 70 odd field so I'm sure we are going to see a whole lot more of you ladies taking out major prizes.

Go the girls .................Sorry guys, I think it's the femanine side that brings this out of me now and then.

Sunday - 2 games possible, maybe 3 if you bomb out at Pooraka early and play the Parafield double.

Monday - 2 games (late game at Checkmates)

Tuesday - 2 games (late game at Checkmates)

Wednesday - 2 games (late games at Woolshed and Glynde)

Thursday - 2 games (late games at Red Square and Royal)

Friday - 3 games (1am game at Strathmore, late games at Emu, Paradise, Payneham, Dublin and Flagstaff)

Saturday - 3 games (afternoon game, regular game, and late game at Arkaba)

Highly possible to fit in 16 games a week, pushing for 17.

Hi there Krunchie. Go to the NPL site and just click on her name where the leader board is on the right hand side of the home page.

And what Des was saying is how what you need to do to get it done ...... time and money permitting that is, LOL.

I find it so, so, amazing how many games the top players sorry, I mean leader board players are putting in to get those extra few points more at another venue to keep the score board ticking over.

14 tourneys a week at around an average $20 a tourney or more over 10 weeks is a real challenge for anyone with spare time and money to acheive top spot.

However, some of the others in the top 10 haven't played that many and are chewing at her skirt so to speak.

The rewards are there if your good enough to keep yourself motivated and have what it takes to keep showing up.

hi back des

I absolutely see where your coming from, and I know its possible i just didnt think it was probable

I play at waikerie once a week, and we play skittles 2 times a week max
it is posilbe to play every day of the week now in the riverland but to average 2 games a day every day is impresive to say the least

out side of work, and family and a bit of sport poker is a true passion but i unfortunately will never be in a position to take it to that level
