Easiest way to cook a steak.

1) get the grill on the BBQ REALLY hot, spray with some oil and wait till it is smoking

2) Put steak on grill, leave until you see the slightest amount of blood or juice surfacing on the uncooked side of the steak. This is when you turn the steak.

3) turn steak only once. If the grill is hot enough then you will get the charcoal grill lines, but the middle will still be MR to M, which is how i like it.

And i agree that kangaroo needs to be really rare, its the only meat i will eat quite rare cos its gets chewy otherwise.

I do the same Macca, 'cept I put it on the plate for around 30 seconds on each side, then on the grill, on a low heat, until blood.
