to my shame, i have never seen a proper poker movie - i want the best move possible to introduce me into this genre.

Go "Rounders". Introduce you to the grind and busto mentality. Not the win big and then your a superstar for life.

Mainly showing what happens to those that get too involved into a lifestyle.
