If GWS can show something in 2012, then I'm sure players like Pendlebury are more likely to go with the money they will be offered [including 3rd party deals I'm sure].
We'll see if Melbourne responds to it [hope they do as they did to the Bruised Free Footy from Carlton earlier this year], and if they do, then wait for Eddie's pathetic non-apology!
Eddie somehow thinks his comments are gonna deter clubs from going after Collingwood players.
And now we have to put up with him on FOXTEL next season, if he's biased to Collingwood, then I might have to do something I promised myself I would never do again and that is watch Channel 7 next season!!!

one small positive is that he won't call any collingwood games apparently.
tbh i would rather hear him call games than tony shaw or glen jackovic, they are dumb dumbs

One big positive is, Eddy has done more for footy than he is given credit for.
In the early days of the nine footy show everyone said it wouldnt work because 7 wouldn't allow and clips to played as they had the total broadcast rights....guess what the other tried and failed...... unfortunatly the current footy show is not as good as it was with Eddie at the helm.
The best move is BT to 7 as he is pain in the arse as a commentator, with all games live on foxtel ... no more BT or Bruce Mc and I dont mind Eddy's commentary........I do miss Big Rexy on the radio.
