The problem with Hughes is that he looks really awesome when he makes runs.
But when he gets out - it looks so bad.

Khawaja looks really solid. I'm a fan of his patience and concentration. In saying that, there isn't a batsman in the Australian team with as good of a temperament at the moment as Shaun Marsh.

Khawaja and Marsh will be the 3 and 4 in the Australian team moving forward, once Ponting retires.

Of course it depends also on what happens with the openers. Does Hughes stay in long term? If so, his long term partner can't be someone like Warner. Warner and Marsh would be a better combination, or even Warner Khawaja.

I'd like to see Warner given a shot for a test or two, just to see how it takes it all on board. That could make or break him.

Watson needs to go down to 6 I think.

Unfortunately I don't think Ferguson will be a regular test player in the near future.

Unless they fail horribly, you really need to give them a series or two. Preferably one easy, one challenging.

Funnily enough I only made 1 score of 30 in Juniors. The rest are all in seniors cricket.
