FSN i believe. earlier this morning, but it wasn't in their news report that i watched then. probably some more dodgy info. because they are on all the time they often report things before they get all the info lol.

Thanks 'one t'. Yeah looking at that quote i remember seeing that presser on the news this morning. strange, because everyone, including the commentators believed webber was in the right.

I was watching last night and my immediate thought was that Webber should have made room for his faster (at the time) teammate.

Not so sure about that. At the time of the crash they switched to the Aussie commentary guys who were blaming Vettel, Im pretty sure the UK commentators disagreed.

well unless you were watching another telecast (i was watching ONE), brundle and that other guy also thought that it was clearly vettels fault.

the only guy that was defending vettel was eddie jordan, and the dude interviewing him could hardly believe what he was hearing when jordan was defending vettel.

Haven't followed the story at all, but I read somewhere today that Vettel was trying to pass Mark because Hamilton was eventually going to overtake Vettel when the three braked around a corner, Mark was slowing Vettel down. App Mark didn't hear the chatter from the RBR to allow Vettel to pass him so he didn't lose 2nd place.

Personally, I think Vettel had every right to try get himself past his slower teammate.

It looked to me like Vettel ran out of road and Webber refused to yield. If it was Hamilton having a go then by all means hold your line and shut him down. But your own teammate?

From a team perspective, it makes sense to go 1st, 2nd instead of 1st, 3rd. But what's to say that Mark wouldn't get overtaken by Hamilton/Vettel would've.

Whole thing is pretty poor tbh, one of the reasons I stopped watching F1.
