I've lost interest in the cricket of late, maybe an Ashes Series will get me back into it.....

Poms are underated. They have a good side. Will be a good series.
Was watching the India v NZ game earlier on Fox. India were horribubble - will interesting to see what the rankings look like this time next year.

that's almost unplayable, without going down the pitch. Great ball. But, I don't know about Swann - maybe it's because he wears his sunnies when he bowls
Reminds me of Greg Matthews in his action and pace, but with more talent.
When you hear him speak, sounds like a guy sitting at the bar in a pub. Actually, most of the English team do.

he has improved a huge amount recently, but has always been good.
lol i remember during the last ashes series, greg matthews said on sbs tv that swann was the worst spin bowler ever to play in an ashes test.
i bet he is regretting that now.
either way, its gonna be good to get the ashes without mcgill and matthews, they are idiots

The English top 5 look really solid and composed over the last 12 months, then theyve got the X-factor In Eoin Morgan.
Anderson, broad and Finn have been tearing teams apart lately, helped largly by the swinging conditions over there, if they bowl to about 80% of the capacity their bowling over there they will retain the ashes.

Strauss, Morgan, Pietersen, Shah, Lumb, Trott, Kieswetter, Prior, with all that homegrown talent how can England possibly lose to Australia.
