major announcement here in sin city, we are sending some lucky NPL player
off to Vegas and the WSOP in 2009!!!

The Gol Gol Hotel (aka the sickest venue) is promoting a major prize to send
our winner to the WSOP in July next year. The prize will be Flights and accommodation for two people for 8 days to Vegas with $4,000 spend money and entry into a WSOP $1500 NLHE bracelet event. Just suck it in!

From the season 1 start date of the Monday the 5th of January, punters can qualify for our event by competing in the weekly Gol Gol Hotel cash game, over the first 22 weeks of the year. At the end of that period, players who accrue 350 NPL points will obtain a seat in the "final" to be held at the venue on Wednesday the 3rd of June, 2009.
Can't attend ever week to get points, well you can also qualify by attending one of six "supershot" satellites to be held on the third monday of every month. Winners of these nights will gain direct entry into the final.

So come one come all, Riverland and Broken Hill, Swan Hill etc... have a go at the supershot's (sorry Todd, don't mean to steal your punters), the normal larger cash games payout between $2-$3k first prize so well worth the drive!

Todd, BTW if you lose some of your normal Monday night crowds, we will run a special one off tourney in the Riverland to compensate you for this. Speak to his holiness the Brockmiester!
