Breach of care is still correct. Similar principle to my negligence example... in court for example some one could argue that an accident itself is evidence of negligence inferring the "situation speaks for itself" it has a very broad meaning...

yeah, as it is, it seems that not all factors have been put into the equation. As I said earlier, it seems a little "robotic", i.e., just put all the info into a computer an let it tell you what to do. Lol...if it was that simple we would all be playing Q7 to the river!!! There is so much more to consider than just crunching the numbers....

Studying Business Law - although the above was something I once heard on an episode of Law & Order. At the time I didn't know what it meant so I researched it... I have pretty powerful hunger to learn these days and research everything little thing I come across (If and when I can find the time).
